Since 1977, Crossroads Diversified Services, a nonprofit organization based in Sacramento, California, has provided education, training and support to enhance employment opportunities for people with disabilities or other social barriers to achieve employment. Crossroads is a business-conscious nonprofit which relies on a social enterprise model to sustain our core mission, which is to put people back to work and positively impact the communities in which we serve.
