Crossroads is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public benefit corporation that has served the Sacramento region since 1978 with specialized employment and placement services, and custom-tailored facility management solutions.  We started out as an entrepreneurial enterprise that has grown into a substantial, well-regarded organization that has been a positive social force in our community.

Our staffing services to employers include workplace accommodations, employer forums, qualified employees, and effective strategies and supports to ensure lasting and successful matches between employers and employees.

Crossroads also provides a full range of janitorial and landscaping employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities while maintaining high standards of productivity and excellence to our business customers.
