Robert Matsui Federal Courthouse, Sacramento, CA

  • Crossroads has serviced this GSA Region 9 building since its grand opening in 1999
  • This is a two time winner of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards, presented by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)

Earle Cabell Federal Courthouse, Dallas, TX

  • Crossroads has serviced this GSA Region 7 building since 2011
  • The Earle Cabell Federal Courthouse is a high traffic building with some areas requiring special security clearances for Crossroads staff.

Santa Fe Federal Building, Dallas, TX

  • Crossroads has provided services to the Santa Fe Building (listed on the National Register of Historic Places) since 2011
  • This building houses several high profile agencies and includes a health unit and cafeteria.

Frank Hagel Federal Building, Richmond, CA

  • Crossroads has serviced this Social Security Administration building since 2005.
  • The Frank Hagel Federal Building includes a child care center and fitness center with rigorous cleaning standards.

United States Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA

  • Crossroads has serviced this U.S. Coast Guard facility since 2010
  • Coast Guard Island includes a child development center and a medical center with surgical, physical therapy and dental rooms.
  • Crossroads also provides service to high level military personnel and highly secure areas.

Terminal Annex Federal Building, Dallas, TX

  • Crossroads has serviced this GSA Region 7 building since 2011
  • This building includes a Military Entrance Processing Station which requires clinical cleaning due to the high level of traffic.

John Moss Federal Building, Sacramento, CA

  • Crossroads has serviced this GSA Region 9 building since 1986
  • The John Moss Federal Building houses multiple Federal and State agencies with a variety of different cleaning requirements.

Historic Post Office, Sacramento, CA

  • Crossroads has serviced this Historic Post Office (listed on the National Registry of Historic Places) since 1981
  • In 2005, this building was awarded the local and regional  The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Austin Federal Courthouse, Austin, CA

  • Crossroads has serviced this GSA Region 7 building since its grand opening in 2012
  • This courthouse is a LEED Silver Certified building, required to meet strict environmental guidelines for cleaning and other aspects of the buildings operation.

Beale Air Force Base, Yuba, CA

  • Crossroads has serviced this Air Force base since 2012
  • Beale Air Force Base encompasses over 1200 acres and requires advanced on-site transportation methods to accomplish the scope of work.

U.S. Federal Building, Sacramento, CA

  • Crossroads has serviced this GSA Region 9 building since 1991
  • This facility encompasses multiple buildings including a child care center and fleet modular buildings.
